1. Target Products

The warranty covers products purchased from us and installed by us. If only the product was purchased from us and installed by someone other than us, the warranty will apply only if the product defect is judged to be the cause of the product failure.

2.Warranty Period

The free warranty period for the product is up to 12 months after purchase.

3.Warranty Coverage

Although we take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, in the unlikely event of a failure due to a defect in the product within the warranty period stated above, we will repair or deliver a replacement product free of charge.

4.Out of Warranty Coverage

The following items are or are believed to be applicable to the product and are excluded from the scope of the warranty.

• Malfunctions that are caused or believed to be caused by inappropriate conditions, environment, handling, or usage methods other than those described in the instruction manual
• Failure or damage due to handling during transportation or moving after delivery
• When the cause of failure is due to reasons other than the delivered product
• Due to the use of consumables other than this product
• Due to natural/installation environment such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, etc.
• If the damage is caused by, or is believed to be caused by, repairs or other modifications not performed by our company

5.Other Disclaimer

The scope of warranty is limited to the warranty of the delivered product itself, and any direct or indirect damage (damage or loss of machinery or equipment, lost profits, lost opportunities, etc.) induced by the delivered product is not covered by the warranty.
